Cancellation Policy

1.       At least 10 business days prior to the course start date: Please call our toll-free number, (866) 908-8270, to cancel your registration without penalty, to arrange for someone to take your place (substitute*), or to transfer to another course (**).

2.       Between 5 and 9 business days prior to the course start date: Please call our toll-free number, (866) 908-8270, to cancel your registration and request a refund of 50% of the course fee, to arrange for someone to take your place (substitute*), or to transfer to another course (**).

3.   Less than 5 business days prior to the course start date:  Please call our toll-free number, (866) 908-8270, to cancel your registration.  No refunds will be given; however, you may arrange for someone to take your place (substitute*), or to transfer to another course (**).

* Substitute:

This option will apply only if the original payment method remains the same.

** Course Transfer:

·         You may transfer to another course within one year from the original course start date (substitute not permitted.)

·         If the fee for the course that you transfer to is greater than the original course fee paid, you will be required to pay the difference when you register for the new course.

No refund will be given if the fee for the course that you transfer to is less than the original course fee paid.

Because we appreciate that training is an important investment for you and your organization, we will endeavor to accomodate your needs as best we can.
